I have already recieved my tax return, but is there a way to track an amended return?

To check the status of a federal amended tax return, Form 1040X, that had to be printed and mailed to the IRS, since it cannot be e-filed, use this IRS website - https://www.irs.gov/filing/individuals/amended-returns-form-1040-x-/wheres-my-amended-return-1
