I have already files my tax return. I need to know how much ss tax and Medicaid tax was taken out last yr. Can I find that info on my turbo tax acct if my W2 isn't handy?

Yes, you can review your entries for your W-2. Here's how:

  1. Sign into your TurboTax Deluxe online account.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and select "add a state" (this will not actually add a state, but allow you access to your entries).
  3. On the upper right select search, and type W-2, then select "jump to W-2"
  4. Select "edit" beside each W-2 to review your entries (box 4 and box 6)

I really do apologize for not asking the question correctly. But for my 2016 taxes, I believe I incorrectly filed them with mistakes. My question is , Can I revisit my 2016 state taxes for CA and RI and do them correctly? I realize that will probably cost me to file them again or amend them again. No problem I just want to do it right.

Another question - I have a dependent that I need to add her SSA-1099. How do I go about adding her SSA-1099 to my current 1040 that I have not filed yet? The Personal Info section does not allow me to add it under her name.
