I have a refund date of 0222 but It says its being offset. Only 90$ of my refund is offset 2017state tx. Will I still get my direct deposit on 0222 or will it take longer

I owed 90$ for last year state tax. I have a direct deposit date of 0222 but I know it will be offset. Will I still receive my DD in 0222 or will it take longer?

If there is still a refund after the offset is taken out, it is processed at the same time so you should have your refund on the 2/22 date indicated.  There is no delay.
