You will need to file amended tax returns for the tax year(s) that the Forms 1099-MISC were not included in your tax returns.

For more information, please see below the TurboTax FAQ "How to amend(change or correct) a return that you already filed":

You need to amend your 2015 tax return.  You cannot  add it to any other tax return.

To learn more about amending your tax return, please review the information in the following link.https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1908543-do-i-need-to-amend-my-tax-return

If you are expecting a refund this year, don't file the amended 2015 return until you file the 207 return and get your refund (or i will slow your refund down a lot).  But if you owe a lot of tax for the missing 2015 1099, then make a payment of that amount now (making sure that it is noted as a payment for 2015 tax year) to stop interest and penalties from running.
