I hadn't received the 2nd stimulus check when I filed my taxes so I claimed it on them. Today the stimulus showed up in my bank. How do I fix my taxes now?

You don't need to do anything. The IRS knows what payments they sent you, so they will adjust your tax return accordingly and reduce your refund if necessary.

Did you already file an amended return?   @Brod4431    If you originally filed and claimed the recovery rebate for a payment you received, they will adjust the return.   Filing the amendment solely to remove the recovery rebate will likely have no effect on the timing.  The original return will likely be delayed, but filing the amendment won't speed up the process.

You should be receiving a notice in the mail soon explaining that they have reduced your refund by the amount of the recovery rebate you claimed on Line 30.    Although you can file an amendment to remove the amount on Line 30, it won't make the original return get processed any faster.   You should only file the amendment if they request that you do so.  And if they do, those (amendments for 2020 tax returns) can be filed electronically in TurboTax which should cut down on the normal 16 week processing times.
