I had to amend my 2018 returns. When filing my 2019 returns how do I pull my amended 2018 amended return over to start my 2019 returns? Can I still do an online return?

Yes, when you do the 2018 transfer for your 2019 tax return, it will pull the 2018 amended return. Please see the directions in the link below:
