I had My funds taken out of my tax refund and the irs issued my refund sbtpg bank has it but are holding it until the 23rd when its technically suppose to be there

So people who didn't have there funds taken out have it already while I am sitting here waiting for my refund still

I'm in the boat as you I'm supposed to my on the 23rd, I checked TPG login and the don't have my money.

Ok ... on the IRS website ... does it say the refund was approved ? If so did they give a release date of 2/23 ? If so then why do you think the processing bank has the refund now if the IRS will not release it until the 23rd ?
