I had just filled up all foreign asset info for form 8938 and the software pushed me through all review steps and asked to e-file. Now I notice no 8938 data is saved.

This is very disappointing, no warning about the bug. All info about 8938 is gone and although I chose 'foreign income / asset' as Y, in the generated form, the check box has been made to N and no 8938 data saved. Now I am noticing same error with last year return although I definitely had input 8938 form data there. TurboTax - what are you doing with this bug? How can you fix this soon (you already deducted my fee for fed and state and never warned me about the bug) and how can you help me fix the 8938 forms for last year?
