I had a refund date on my WI state taxes and two weeks have passed what could have happened

 

Federal and state refunds come from completely separate entities,  There is no rule as to which one will come first or how much time there will be between their arrivals.  Some states process returns quickly and some are very slow.

only the Wi department of revenue can provide you with an answer. if it's 2 weeks past the estimated refund date that's one thing. if it's 2weeks since you filed you need to be more patient.
