I had a full-time job and own a small business. Can you please advice me as to what the best plan to file under would be?

You will have to file Schedule C Profit or Loss from Business to report your small business income and expenses on your tax return.  TurboTax Deluxe will allow you to file a tax return with Schedule C as well as your income from your full-time job.
