I got mail that my 2019 taxes were filed. I was told i wasnt a customer. Then they said. I never printed it. I cannot print or open pdf on cell.Why did turbo say I filed?

Hello!  May I get some clarifying information?  Are you stating that your 2019 return was not filed?  Or that your 2019 return was not printed and mailed?  Have you tracked your return with the IRS at the WMR website?  Please respond here for further assistance.
