I got help to clear my refund which was on hold for $8 is what the advocate told me she got it cleared and couple months already I called keep saying 3 weeks please help

Everytime I call they tell me oh 3 weeks and one even gave me a deadline date no later than the 18 of last month I call again and same line 3 week!??ftb by the way state taxes california

TurboTax has no knowledge or influence regarding your refund.

TurboTax cannot help.   TurboTax is just the company that provided software for you to use when you prepared your tax return.  TT gets no information from the IRS or your state after you file your tax return.  TurboTax cannot intercede with the IRS or state to speed up your refund for you.  And....did you really mean $8 ?  Eight dollars?
