I got an interest from IRS, philadelphia. In that form, there is no street address. What should I write in the place of street address?

The street address of IRS in the form 1099-INT is missing.

If you can proceed without entering anything, go ahead and do so. The IRS paid you the interest, and they certainly know who they are.

use a 1099-int. enter payor as US Treasury and the amount as taxable interest income.

you don't need the address so leave it blank. not sure why TT asks for it.  it's not needed to file and is not even transmitted when you E-File.
