I got a notice from IRS saying they did not receive my 2018 taxes that I filed using turbo tax. why didn't they receive them from the turbo tax site?

Are they saying they didn't receive the tax payment or the tax return.  You are not clear.  Did you get an email from the IRS saying that they accepted your return?
