I got a non filer notification, but I filed my taxes through turbo tax, which were accepted in January by the irs.

If you successfully efiled and/or mailed in the return and it is not reflected in the transcript area yet that simply means they have not been processed into the system ... and due to the almost 3 month  covid shutdown this is a common occurrence this year  so all you can do is wait and try again later.
