I got a letter saying that I qualify for the EITC but when I went to amend on here is has a different max to qualify than the IRS has so how do I fix this?

The max you can make to  qualify on the IRS is  $21,430 if  you  are single and  with 0  kids but on turbo tax the amount is around $15,000. I was told by the IRS that I do  qualify but since they are so backed up  I would have a  better chance getting it by filing  an
amendment electronically with the provider I used to file originally. I'm not sure what to do  since Turbotax is wrong and won't  allow me  to qualify based on incorrect numbers.

A 2021 amended tax return can only be printed and mailed using TurboTax, it cannot be e-filed.

Where are you seeing a $15,000 limit for EIC as Single with no dependents in the TurboTax program?

Looking at the TurboTax 2021 Earned Income Credit Worksheet for Line 27 on Form 1040, the worksheet specifically shows the amount of $21,430 as the maximum AGI when Single and no dependents.
