I got a letter from the IRS asking me to verify my identity, but Turbo tax already told me that the IRS had received my return. What do I do?

Follow the instructions on the letter. 

Notice CP5071 always comes after the IRS receives your tax return. The IRS received your tax return, but they want to make sure that it really came from you.
