I got a letter from Berkheimer Tax Innovations saying my final earned income tax return for 2018 has not been received. Both federal and state returns were accepted.

That is probably in regards to your local/city/municipal tax return in Pennsylvania.
TurboTax does not support state of Pennsylvania local tax returns.
