I got a leter from the irs i need to prove my identity

i get a number to call but due to corona virus i dont get the help i need from the automated . i sent my info to prove who i am but havent got no answer what else can i do ?

The processing of mailed in documents has been stopped during the stay-at-home. You should be patient.
