I got a congratulations, your taxes have been sent to the IRS message. Said I would receive and e-mail in 48-72 hours and I have not received that. What can I do?

I would suggest you confirm if you have already filed by using the following link:

https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/  

If it wasn't found, sign back into your online account, select Take me to my return, to your left, select the File and repeat steps 1-3 to re-file.    


If it is confirmed you have filed, please wait patiently as IRS is processing all the received tax returns as fast as they can. To track your refund, please continue to read:

According to IRS, to receive a refund, it should take around 21 days after the e-file has been accepted.  (not from the e-filing date). Please check TurboTax Refund Tracker and https://www.irs.gov/refunds.  If it has taken longer than that, you might want to contact IRS.  However, please review the first article below before you call IRS Telephone Assistance for Individuals: 1-800-829-1040
