I got a call it was a auto message telling me to call that the IRS was filling a law suit. against. Me . what should I do

I got a auto message from the IRS saying they where going to fill a law suit against me what should I do

IGNORE IT!!!  The IRS will never contact you that way.  If there is an issue with the IRS, they will contact you by letter on official letterhead.  On extremely rare occasions they may call you, but never will leave a message like this.  These type of messages are fraudulent.  Please see this IRS website for more information:  Five Easy Ways to Spot a Scam Phone Call | Internal Revenue Service
