The document ".********23.tax2023.icloud" has the wrong tax year or some other issue that prevents us from opening it. Please make sure you have the right file and try again. I am using a Mac. I never have had this problem before.

It should not have the .icloud at the end. Can you delete that part? How did that even get on it? Or see if you have another .tax2023 file in your Documents folder.
