I found the card I just cancelled. is there a way to reactivate it so I don't have to wait for the new one

You would have to contact Turbo Prepaid customer service at (888) 285-4169 for assistance.

No you cannot. Turbotax doesn't have the means of reinstating a canceled card.

If you canceled the card, you can contact customer service. https://turbodebitcard.intuit.com/contact-us The only way to have a new card mailed to you is to call (888) 285-4169.

 

Follow the steps below.

Listen to the recording (you cannot skip it) Press 2 to continue using the automated system. The system will ask you to enter your 16 digit card number or if you don't know it, enter your social security number (do not enter either one of these) The system will then say " To report a card lost, stolen, or never received, Press 1", then press 1 Press 2 for the option of " have not yet received your card". Next you will be prompted to enter your social security number, zip code, and birthday. At this point the system should give you an option to get a new card sent or allow you to speak to an agent.

 

Please note: It may take over an hour to get your call answered as the phone lines are extremely busy at this time of year.

I have been calling this number provided for the past 3 days now and I just keep getting an automated voice system that says they can’t take calls and hang up. I’ve figured out the only way to replace my card is through this number but they’re not taking any calls! Please someone help me with this problem!

That is the only way to order a replacement card, you are correct. You may have to try calling at different times of day as they are experiencing a very high call volume currently.

Is there a certain time frame that’s better for contacting you guys? Cause I tried yesterday all day and not once did anything or anyone answered.
