I forgot to include my registration fee on last year's taxes. Can I do it this year?

No, you cannot include registration fee paid last year on this years taxes. If it makes any difference then you must do an amended return for last year.

And....if you did not itemize deductions for 2021, it is unlikely to make a bit of difference.   There are only a few states in which you can use the vehicle registration fees as an itemized deduction.
