I filed with a refund but another form came late. I amended and turbo tax said no change. I have received letters from IRS and the state of owing taxes. What can be done?

If you purchased Audit Defense for the year in question, call TaxResources, Inc. at 877-829-9695, or report your IRS and state letters on their web site. Do not contact the IRS or the state until you have spoken to TaxResources. They may contact the IRS on your behalf.
