I filed two separate w-2’s but I have only got one return back I had to amend my second w-2 and have not seen that return yet and was wondering if I did something wrong

All of your W-2's were supposed to be on the same tax return, so if you only entered one and e-filed, you made a mistake.   What exactly did you do to send in the second W-2?  Did you prepare an amended return on a Form 1040X and send it?  It takes a long time for the IRS to process an amended return so you are going to be waiting for quite awhile.   If you did not use Form 1040X, post back---because you are going to need more help to amend correctly.

What do you mean by filed two separate w-2’s? All your W-2 forms and all your other income( if you have any) should be reported on the same return. You can't file more than one return. If you tried to file another return to report a second w-2, that return will be rejected. 

You need to amend your first return and include the other W-2.
