I filed this year with TURBOTAX instead of TaxAct.. i received my first 2 stimulus payments very fast and on time.. I have still till today not received the 3rd. one

What software provider would not have any impact on when/if you receive the stimulus payment.  The IRS is send out the third stimulus payments in waves, and is still in the process of doing so.  You can check on your payment by going to:

Still no payment and I know 100% that we qualify :( I can't get answers from anywhere.

TurboTax cannot track your 3rd stimulus or tell you when it will arrive.  The IRS is issuing 3rd stimulus checks on its own timetable.
