I filed online without knowing that I could not file my other family members returns...how can I do this for them without incurring additional charges for each return

You would have to switch to the Desktop/CD version.  You would have to contact support and ask them for a download, but given that it's the 14th, there may be a long wait.  You can also just purchase the desktop/CD here and call in for a refund after the 15th.
