By the way, I checked with my IRS account. They have not received anything. This is utterly ridiculous. I have never had to wait more than 24 hours for them to accept the return.
I am going through that same situation. TurboTax, had me calling the IRS & state(looking crazy) Neither received my return. I kept telling Turbo tax, they still blaming things on them I finally was able to speak with a Supervisor yesterday, she said there it is pending in another department & they have not send it over yet. What kind of bull is this? I will never use them again. In fact I am filing some place else today. They never sent anything TurboTax will never get business again
Basically I'm real close to just going to H & R block. Like this is ridiculous.
I also filed on 1/24 and am still stuck in pending. When I called, Turbo Tax said my return was received by the IRS on 1/25. The IRS does not show it was received on their end.
They just told me today again it was received on January 22nd(the day I filed). Even gave me a transmission number. I am going to call again on Monday. They are full of crap. I will be reporting them. TurboTax suck and with no training at all
They are some liars. I think they are putting people who filed before the 27th on the back burner. SMH Never again. I just do the to as Google review on them as well.
I have an appointment with H&r block tomorrow. Screw Turbo tax, terrible .
Update called TurboTax got bull**bleep** response. They transmitting returns in a queue, and when my queue comes up, they’ll get transmitted. It says nothing about that anywhere and there are people who filed after me that already got their stuff. TurboTax is the worst company. I smell another lawsuit coming on
Good Morning! Thank you for the update. They are still telling me mines was processed to the IRS. They are so full of it. My Fiance's should be processed. I filed his on the 26th through here. Yep, another lawsuit. They need to shut them down. I told them they need training. Some liars. Like why are y'all holding returns? I do not understand. I filed mines in the 22nd does not have a response from the IRS. I am talking to an attorney vat my job now
