I filed on Feb first. Both returns were accepted. I claimed the EITC. I'm still on one bar and still in process. Will I get my refund by next week.

No one at TurboTax knows, since TurboTax receives no information after you file.   But since you are getting EIC the IRS cannot issue your refund before mid-February due to the PATH act.  Then you have to allow some time for it to reach your account.   Keep checking the IRS site---that is your source of information.
