Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.
If your federal tax return was accepted by the IRS, on the IRS federal tax refund website you must enter Exactly the information as was entered on your 2020 federal tax return. Your Social Security number, your Filing Status and the whole dollar amount of the federal tax refund as shown on your Form 1040 Line 34.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
I've put all my information in there correctly every time and just says there's no information available and tried calling the irs phone number and checking there and get told the same thing no information available. I dont understand why I know people who have already received there federal refund. So you did not answer my queation.
