I filed on 2/12 and IRS accepted it per TurboTax. E-File status check says I haven't filed a return?

IRS has accepted your your tax return but it can take anywhere from a few days to 3 weeks to go from acceptance to approval.  This information may be helpful in estimating the timeframe and process.
