I filed on 1/28/2019. Received a letter for identity verification. I made the call on 2/20/2019 verification identity excepted. I still have no updates what's so ever, I phoned irs still PROCESS

9 weeks long time. When some owe irs they want that payment asap go figure

Per the IRS, It will take about 6 weeks to process and receive your refund from when you verified your identity.
