I filed my taxes with turbotax at the end of March that I purchased at Sams Club. I have not received my refund and can't seem to find out if they are in process. Help

This is the first time I used turbotax.  I am concerned I can't find if my taxes are in process or not.  Please help.

You can check your e-file status:

  1. Open TurboTax
  2. Click on "File" in the top left
  3. Select "Electronic Filing" and select "Check Electronic Filing Status"

 

 

Please be aware, the IRS is currently taking longer to process returns because they are backlogged. You can track your refund at the IRS Where's My Refund? site.

I pulled up turbo tax there is not file in the left corner.  It is just file taxes.  Please help.  Call [phone number removed].  Please

Did you use the Turbo Tax Desktop program that you installed on your computer or the Online web version that you log into?

 

What version did you buy At Sams?  Was it the CD or the download or the LIVE version?

 

For Online,  Did you go all the way through the File tab, through the 3 steps and hit the big orange Transmit Returns Now button?

When you efile you get back 2 emails.  The first email only confirms the transmission.  The second email says if the IRS (or state) Accepted or Rejected your efile.

 

When you log into your account you should also see the status and if it was Accepted or Rejected, Started, Printed, Ready to Mail, etc.  What does it say?
