I filed my taxes with TurboTax a week ago and the state and federal both say they haven't received my returns yet. It usually only takes 24 hours. What can I do?

Neither the IRS nor states are accepting tax returns yet. Your tax returns are in the TurboTax servers. The IRS will begin pulling tax returns from the servers on Jan. 28 and the states should soon follow. You should receive a notice that your returns are accepted or rejected a few days after Jan. 28.
