I filed my taxes using the wrong account. Is there any way to cancel and refile using the correct account?

No, once you have transmitted your returns you cannot cancel as it's already on its way to the IRS.  Please see the below TurboTax FAQ for more information:

Be sure to remember this account when you file next year for 2021 so you transfer from the right account.
