I filed my taxes on Turbo Tax in January, and recieved the email for my 1040, but when I tried to look what it was to verify to the IRS, it said I didn't have an account?

I have been recieving emails from Turbo Tax since I filed in January, but I tried to access the 1040 and when I tried to login, the email I filed with "Did not have an account attached"
