I would suggest you verify your submission by using the following link:

https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/

If it wasn't found, sign back into your online account, select Take me to my return, to your left, select File and repeat steps 1-3 to re-file.

If it is successfully e-filed, please read the following information:

According to IRS, to receive a refund, it should take around 21 days after the e-file has been accepted. (not from the e-filing date). Please check TurboTax Refund Tracker and https://www.irs.gov/refunds. If it has taken longer than that, you might want to contact IRS. However, please review the first article below before you call IRS Telephone Assistance for Individuals: 1-800-829-1040
