What is "it" that says "ready to mail"? If TurboTax says "ready to mail" it doesn't mean that your refund is ready to mail. It means that your tax return is ready for you to print, sign, and mail to the IRS. You have not filed it yet.

Ready to Mail....If that is what is indicated in your TurboTax account, means that you selected the choice to mail them in yourself!!
So they haven't been filed at all.
TTX does not mail them in for you. When you choose that filing method, you have to print them out, sign/date, and attach any tax forms showing withholding (W-2 forms 1099-R forms etc), and take them to the Post office yourself. (Fed & State forms go to different addressees...use a tracking method at the PO Service Counter.)
