I filed my taxes before the announcement of the $10200 unemployment benefit, does anyone get a different federal refund number when clicking on the amend option?

The IRS does not want you to amend for this.

The IRS is taking care of the recalculation and is sending out extra refunds to those who should receive them without the need to file an amended return.

The IRS began to send out the additional refund checks for tax withheld from unemployment in May.   If you are eligible for the extra refund for federal tax that was withheld from your unemployment the IRS will be sending you an additional refund sometime during the next several months.  TurboTax cannot track or predict when it will be sent.  The IRS has not provided a way for you to track it, so all you can do is wait for the refund to arrive.

Clicking on the AMEND button won't change your refund.

You must follow up with revisions to your tax return.

Before you click AMEND, you must first ensure your return is set to be exactly what you filed originally.

TurboTax doesn't make it easy, despite what they say, since the program was updated to calculate differently than when you filed..
