I filed my taxes and was approved for a 500 dollar advance and it said I would get it an hour after my refund was accepted, my refund was accepted yesterday and I still havent got the ad

I was approved for 1500 and my taxes where accepted yesterday check the card an hour later nothing. Been trying to get in touch with turbo tax and I got nothing but the run around. I still don’t know why approved and did not receive 

I was approved for 2,000 and didn't recieve it,I can read perfectly  fine and when  the refund advance offer comes up it does in fact say you can get your advance  with 1 hr of efiling it needs to directly say with in 48hours of the irs accepting your refund because when it doesnt,it tricking people to file with turbo tax and get they're turbo card just to not get the advance if it doesn't come today I will never file with turbo again even the live person that helped read the thing as me "1 hr" lies!! I even said maybe they meant an hour after it's accepted and still  have nothing 20hours after being accepted
