I filed my taxes and then I receive an other W2 a few days later and I didn't wait till I received my return to file the amended return so what do I do now?

If you already mailed your amended return (Form 1040X), just wait until your original return and the amended return have both been processed, and see if it all gets straightened out without you doing anything.

An amended return cannot be e-filed. You have to print it and file it by mail. If you didn't mail it, you didn't file it. In that case, you can wait until you get the refund from your original return, then mail the amended return.
