I filed my tax return on march 18 2019, IRS told me to go verify my identity, i went to verify my identity, and told me it would take aprox 9 weeks for the tax to go in my account. It has been 5 month

9 weeks from the time you submitted proof.  are you sure you properly submitted it?

if its been more than 9 weeks since proof submitted and the refund status still says in process or provides no info, you can call the IRS tax advocate in your state
