I filed my tax return in February and it's now April why in the world do I not have my tax return money yet

Since your return was accepted 21 days ago or more, you can follow the instructions in the following FAQ to contact the IRS for further assistance. TurboTax does not have access to any information regarding your tax refund once it has been submitted and accepted by the IRS and state department.
