I filed my state and federal returns through turbotax but only received one document. Does this mean that federal and state receives the same document (but seperately)?

Also, my state and federal addresses are the same. Do I send the two envelopes with the same contents to the same address?

Federal and state are two separate forms filed in two different places.

What form do you have that you are mailing?

You do not send the same thing to two different places.
