I filed my Illinois tax on 02/24/2023 via Turbotax online and it's 'accepted'. It's been almost 2 months and I haven't received my refund.

The MyTax IL refund status says: "We have received your tax return. Please allow time for it to fully process. This message will be updated once your return has been processed."

FWIW, I have received my federal return long ago. 

Anyone has similar experience with Illinois state return?

The state of IL is not known for its speed in processing refunds.   You know the state has your return and you know they are working on it.  There is no way to speed them up.  Just watch the IL site for information.
