I filed my fed on 25th it was rejected over date wrong , turbo tax showed me what to fix , ok did it an re efiled. So is my tax return considered amended now?

NO ... a return that was rejected and fixed then resent is NOT considered to be amended but simply fixed and refiled.    Amending a return can only be done after the original return had been successfully efiled and fully processed.
