I FILED MY AMENDED RETURN AND EVERYTHING WAS EXCEPTED. WHEN I TRY TO FIND OUT ON WHERE IS MY RETURN. IT SAYS THEY HAVE IT AND ARE STILL WORKING ON MY 2019 ONE.

Furthermore I can't get any answers o line , on the phone or anywhere. I just filed my 2020 taxes and it's weird I haven't seen my last one or even if someone garnished it plus I didn't get my stimulus payment.

Please be patient. The IRS is still backlogged with 2019 returns. Did you file the 2019 1040-X by mail?

Per the IRS:

COVID-19 Mail Processing Delays

It’s taking us longer to process mailed documents including:

Paper tax returns, and
All tax return related correspondence.

We are processing all mail in the order we received it.

Do not file a second tax return or call the IRS.
