I filed my 2020 fed and state returns. Turbo tax shows a state refund, but my state, Michigan ,ssys no refund. What now?

Return has been received,accepted and complete according to state website. I have made a inquiry as to why instead of a refund, I am being told I have no refund at all. Turbo Tax verified my return was complete with no missing information.
