I filed my 2019 taxes and have received my refund but not my stimulus check. When I call IRS they tell me to let my accountant contact them etc but my accountant is TurboTax. What do I do??
TurboTax is not your accountant. TurboTax provided the software for you to prepare a do-it-yourself tax return.
The IRS can look at your 2018 or 2019 return to issue a stimulus check. If they do not have a 2018 return then you may be waiting for them to finish processing 2019 before they will be able to use it to issue your stimulus check.
TurboTax has no control over your stimulus check, nor can TT track it for you or tell you when the IRS will issue it. Refer to the sites linked below:
You can call the IRS hotline at 1-800-919-9835 to get updates on your stimulus payment.

Same here -- I filed my 2019 early April and received a refund shortly thereafter. Clearly, the IRS has my info.
I called [phone number removed] and talked to an agent who told me straight off the bat that she had no access to taxpayers accounts and I was not allowed to give her my SSN, AGI, etc. She was very courteous but obviously could not help.
She did say she would talk to her supervisor about updating the Payment Status Not Available page, to reflect the kind of situation I described. She suggested I tried again in a week or two.
I have read taxpayers have until October 15 to request a payment if they have been left out. We are already early September! I might touch base with my congressman if I am still in the dark a week from now.
